Summary:
Come and stay in this stylish, newly renovated apartment, under 10 minutes walk from all the Headington shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment comes with free allocated parking, right by the apartment but is also close to main bus routes taking you directly to the centre of Oxford, only a 15 minute journey. You will be just off the main road and so won't be disturbed by traffic noises.
The Space:
BEDROOM -
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, 4 pillows, and a large integrated wardrobe to store all of your belongings. The underfloor heating will keep you warm and cozy during your stay.
BATHROOM -
Our bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating to keep you warm and comfortable (nothing worse than going into a freezing bathroom!) We provide shampoo and conditioner for your convenience, and the water pressure is powerful to ensure you have a refreshing shower. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, so you can easily move around and get ready for your day.
KITCHEN -
Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you'll have everything you need to make a decent meal during your stay. It features a fan oven, 4 electric stoves, and a microwave for all of your cooking needs. We also have a washer-dryer available for your convenience. For the coffee lovers, we provide a cafetiere and coffee for you to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen is also stocked with chopping knives and all the necessary utensils to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, we provide essentials like coffee, salt and pepper, and olive oil to help you get started with your cooking.
LIVING ROOM -
The living room is a bright and fun decorated space, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It features a 50 inch smart TV with all the necessary apps, including a Netflix account already set up for your convenience. The room also has an Alexa speaker, so you can easily control your music and other devices with just your voice. The sofa is a sofabed, and we provide all the necessary bed linen to set it up should you require it. The underfloor heating will keep you warm and comfortable during your stay.
PARKING -
Our apartment comes with private parking, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot on the street. The parking space is located right in front of the apartment, making it easy to come and go as you please. Please note that there is only space for one car and is available for the duration of your stay.
Guest Access:
The keys to the apartment can be retrieved via a keysafe located at the property. The code to the keysafe will be provided to you the day before check-in, so you can easily retrieve the keys and make your way into the apartment. Our apartment is self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience and get settled in without the need to coordinate with us for key exchange. We provide all the necessary instructions for accessing the keys and getting settled in, so you can have a smooth and hassle-free arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Headington is a charming neighborhood located in the city of Oxford. It is known for its friendly atmosphere and convenient location, being just a short distance from all that Oxford has to offer. The neighborhood is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it easy to find everything you need during your stay. Headington is also well-connected by public transportation, so it's easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. One notable attraction in the neighborhood is Bury Knowle Park, a beautiful green space that is perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic on a sunny day. Additionally, Headington is conveniently located near the Oxford ring road, making it easy to quickly leave the city and visit nearby towns and villages. There is also an outdoor market held every Saturday just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, where you can browse a variety of goods and find unique souvenirs. Headington is also conveniently located near the John Radcliffe and Churchill hospitals, making it a great choice for those visiting loved ones or in town for medical treatment.
Getting Around:
Getting around Headington is easy and convenient. There are frequent buses that run into the city center, so you can easily access all the sights and attractions Oxford has to offer. If you prefer to drive, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center, specifically the Westgate shopping center. The main Headington area, with all its restaurants and cafes, is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can use Uber or other ride-hailing services to get around Oxford and explore the surrounding area. The bus stop for the Oxford Tube, which provides easy access to and from London, is also just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
We want to ensure that all of our guests have a peaceful and enjoyable stay, so we do not allow parties or gatherings in our apartment. For security purposes, there is also CCTV at the front of the building. We take the safety and security of our guests very seriously and have implemented these measures to ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay in a safe and secure environment.
