WELCOME TO BASECAMP AT TRAILSIDE
Spectacular new lodge in the gated mountain community of Trailside! This 3 Bedroom + Bonus / 3 Bath custom home is nestled in the woods with a commanding view of the Stuart Mountain Range, and comes with access to the Trailside community pool facility. Recently finished in 2017 and exquisitely furnished, Basecamp boasts a large open concept great room with a ledgestone gas fireplace, comfortable sleeping accommodations for 12, private Hot Tub, Dish Satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning, and a heated garage game room!

ENTERTAINMENT
Basecamp is built for year round entertainment and relaxation. When you enter the spacious great room you’ll be greeted with soaring vaulted ceilings, comfortable leather furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large Flatscreen TV with Dish Network. Just off the great room is a covered deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, electric heaters, and commanding views of the Stuart Mountains. The lower deck boasts a private Hot Tub. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ideal for making fantastic in home meals and features an oversized granite island, and stainless appliances. Just off the kitchen on the back patio is a Weber gas BBQ.

There is seating for 8 at the large dining table with additional seating for 3 at the Kitchen Island.

Just down a flight of stairs and you’ll enter the spacious bonus room that features a large sectional, large flatscreen TV with Dish, Blue-Ray Player, XBox One w/2 controllers, and 2 sets of Twin over Twin Bunks with Twin Trundles.

If you’re looking for on-site family entertainment you’ll love the heated garage game room equipped with Foosball and Ping-Pong and Shuffleboard. Newly added EV Charger - no need to drive to a charging station!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Basecamp has sleeping accommodations for 12 spread across the 2 floors. Down the hallway from the main floor great room is the King Master Suite which features a large walk in shower with dual shower heads, and spectacular mountain views. Just around the corner from the master suite is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a King Guest Bedroom. The main floor sleeps 4 comfortably.

The lower floor features a 3rd Bedroom with a Queen Bed, and sleeping accommodations for 6 in the Bonus Room. The lower floor sleeps 8 comfortably. The private bedroom and bonus room are supported by a 3rd bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo.

LOCATION
Basecamp is located within the brand new Mountain Community of Trailside just 5 miles from Cle Elum and 7 miles from golf and fine dining at Suncadia Resort. You’ll have access to the new community pool facility within walking distance of the cabin! The Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through September weather permitting. (A maximum of 6 guests can use the pool facility at a time. This regulation is enforced by the HOA.) The 125 acre Trailside Community is surrounded by national forest land and is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sledding, fly fishing, wildlife viewing, and much more!
