Welcome to your holiday home in the Algarve, just a 5‑minute stroll from the Praia da Rocha beach, in Portimão!



This bright, modern two-bedroom flat on the 7th floor is your relaxed spot by the sea, with a sunny balcony, rooftop pool with lovely views, and private parking with lift access for easy arrivals. You’ll be within walking distance of cafés, restaurants and bars, and well placed for day trips to Lagos, Alvor and Carvoeiro. This flat is ideal for families of four or two couples.



Inside, you’ll find two air‑conditioned bedrooms, one with an en‑suite bathroom with bathtub, plus a second bathroom, both with hairdryers. The fully equipped kitchen has everything for simple home cooking—stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and juicer—so you can cook easily and pack lighter.



The living room has a dining area, comfy sofa, Smart TV and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi‑Fi (up to 500 Mbit), ideal for relaxing or working remotely, and all rooms have AC, electric blinds and fitted wardrobes. The balcony, with dining table and sofa, is perfect for al fresco meals and quiet evenings.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and modern apartment!

Everything was in excellent condition, and we immediately felt at home. We received a lovely welcome package upon arrival, and both the bed linen and towels were changed during our stay, which was a nice touch. The host also provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. For our child, there were high chairs available and plenty of space to play, which made our stay even more relaxing. The building and the pool area are very new and extremely well-maintained. The location is perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the harbor, with lots of restaurants right on the doorstep. There is also a parking space included, although it’s a bit small. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends! Hi Antonio, we really enjoyed our vacation. As already mentioned to João previously, the sliding door from the living room to the terrace couldn’t be properly closed.

Tolles Apartment

Bei der Ankunft war das Apartment nicht wirklich sauber, der Boden war schmutzig. Die Jalousie im Kinderzimmer war geschlossen und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Beide Punkte haben wir gegenüber der Agentur kommuniziert. Ohne Ankündigung und in unserer Abwesenheit waren Reinigungskräfte 3 Tage später im Apartment und hatten gereinigt. Dazu muss man wissen, dass in der Unterkunft kein Safe vorhanden ist und unsere Wertsachen sich im Apartment befanden. Die Jalousie des Kinderzimmers wurde nicht repariert, somit war das Kinderzimmer faktisch gesehen fensterlos.
