TOURIST LICENCE NO 10134...Modern 2 bedroom top floor apartment with south facing large balcony with all day sun. Secure video access to the building with coded entrance to the foyer (not that you need it).

Immediate access to lift to all floors. Electric blinds open from each room that have air-conditioning that lead onto a large sunny balcony. Free wifi included.

Free off road parking directly opposite the balcony

Spacious kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom & main bathroom.

This apartment block of high standard finishing, built by one of the most reputable developers in the Algarve is located within walking distance of sandy beaches, marina, fishing harbour, with a wide choice of locally caught fish at the market.
Boat trips for adults & children, jet skis, water sports, dolphin viewing, shark fishing, bbq boat trips that take you through the spectacular caves of the Algarve with breathtaking views, information and bookings can all be made by the marina & seafront(highly recommended that you take video footage).

Lagos town center is a couple of minutes from here where you will pass the many restaurants & bars that cater for all tastes (not just seafood).

We had a wonderful holiday and the apartment was perfect for what we wanted

The apartment itself was a great lay out and access to the pool was ideal. The location is great with just a 15 minute walk into the town or marina.

Lagos with the family

Excellent Manager, shares great information to maximize our stay. Apartment is exactly as pictured….very comfortable, well appointed, great amenities. Nice to have 2 bathrooms to accommodate families/groups of 3 and 4.

Lovely spacious apartment, had everything we needed. Large balcony which was great for relaxing. Pool area also good. Plenty of shops nearby and about 20 minutes walk to the Marina and the Old Town.

Great apartment - convenient location

My wife and I and our 2 young adult daughters had a wonderful week in this apartment in Lagos. It is stylish and well appointed accommodation in a relaxed small complex. A little over 5 mins drive to fabulous beaches or Lagos centre which made the location perfect for us - we made the most of the beaches and the great choice of restaurants in the city.

Wonderful 4 week stay in Lagos

The apartment is well located, well furnished, comfortable and pleasant. The linens and towels could be upgraded as they look old. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lagos is a wonderful town, with many attractions. It has its old town pedestrian area and it has a wonderful marina, touristic activities and a health center with a wonderful indoor lap pool as well as gym classes and other activities.

Second visit even better than the first

This was all done 48 hours before departure as it was all last minute and Rik the owner made it all even easier than before, the apartment looks better than our previous visit and better equipped than before (though it didn`t need it). The view directly over looking the balcony will be missed not for long as we will be returning soon.

Great Apartment Great Holiday

A modern apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. From the initial inquiry to the last day of our holiday the contact with Rik the owner is first class The apartment is modern and extremely well equipped And located within a few minutes walk from a supermarket and a genuine 15 minute walk into the historical centre of Lagos where you find an abundance of restaurants shops and entertainment We have been to Lagos many times and will continue to do so in the future and would thoroughly recommend this apartment

Best accommodation I have ever stayed in

Having stayed at Quinta Da Abrotea before we knew what we were getting as far as the complex was concerned. The pool area is immaculate. no need to rush for beds as you have your own to use around the pool. As for the accommodation this place cannot be beaten. Photos i think don't do it justice. immaculate throughout. the owner a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be booking again.

My fabulous experience

I had a pleasant experience when I visited Lagos as I hadn't travelled to Portugal before. I was extremely impressed with the apartment and it's spaciousness. All the information that Rik provided to me before holidaying was most informative. I found that the locals were friendly and helpful. All amenities were on the doorstep. I'm looking forward to visiting again very soon.

Lovely modern apartment

Beautiful modern apartment, great services, air con, washing machine, modern furniture and spotlessly clean. Rik the owner and Stephen the manager were a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful with less then 24hrs notice of our arrival. It was our first sun holiday with our 5mnth old baby and it had everything we needed. As accommodation on the continent goes it was top class. The bed in the master bedroom was 4ft6 would have loved a 5ft and slightly more comfortable mattress, but I would not let this put me off returning. Great holiday.

Luxurious and relaxing

I have stayed at Rik's apartment on numerous occasions and it never fails to impress me every time I return. The apartment is impeccable and extremely equipped. The location is superb as you have numerous supermarkets on your doorstep ie Continent, Aldi, Intermarche, Lidl, etc. I also don't drive so rely on public transport and taxi's, the service is amazing (reliable) and also very cheap. Need I say more, other than to thank Rik and Steve for my well deserved break and I look forward to booking the apartment again soon. Kind regards.

The Smith family stay.

Rik's apartment is everything and more than all the previous reviews. Everything has been provided to ensure that you have a stress free stay. Beautiful interior, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and the shower was powerful just what you need after a day on the beach! Loads of restaurants and bars in Largos Marina but with Aldi on your doorstep just as easy to cook and enjoy the sunset with a nice cold glass of Champagne or Prosecco. Rik was on hand when we needed him after our Grandson left the key in our apartment locking us out - problem was solved within 15 minutes, thanks again Rik. Wouldn't hesitate coming back. Great two weeks, thanks Stephanie, Arthur and Daniel.

SECOND VISIT WON`T BE THE LAST

Last time we came to Rik`s apartment we were on a European Tour from OZ & what a find it was. Apart from the obvious as exactly as it says on the tin. From the Meet and Greet to the end of our holiday everything was perfect, nothing was too much trouble. So nice too be on the top floor directly over looking the pool with it`s all day sun, is a sight in its own. The nearby beach with it`s gorgeous golden sands is breathtaking. Restaurants, snack bars, bars. sightseeing, water sports all in abundance. Already looking at a late summer break for the kids this time as the apartment is very child friendly. Super fast Internet, Satalite T.V Sky Sports B.T Sports, DVD`S all included. Can`t wait to return, thanks Rik great holiday

Rik's amazing apartment

We expected a great apartment from the pictures and the reviews on line but were still blown away on arrival. The apartment is so spacious, tastefully fitted out and immaculately clean and comfortable. The balcony is fantastic and the pool very welcoming after day out with temperatures in the 30s. There are so many fantastic restaurants to choose from. In particular we can recommend Emporio Vegetario, really good for non-veggies too. The grotto trip and jeep safari were very enjoyable and we also had trips out on the local train and buses to explore surrounding areas. All in all we had a great holiday and certainly did not want to come home, especially to 20 degrees less than we had become accustomed to. Many thanks Rik and for all your help along the way. AMAZING TOP FLOOR APARTMENT

What an amazing apartment. The photos online don't do it justice. From start to finish Rik & property manager Steve were there at anytime even to the point we had to call Rik on our first evening for advice, he was there to answer our call. This is a complete professional service all the way through. The balcony directly overlooking the pool with it's excellent well kept gardens a sight in itself. We had Sun from late morning till it went down what a way to relax after taking in the sights of Lagos with a chilled glass of Proceso. Riks apartment is very well equipped especially the kitchen, chacuzzi bath was a nice surprise. Lagos is an unspoilt jewel in the crown, keep up the good work. We are ready planning our next visit.

Lovely Apartment in Lagos

This apartment is very nice and we very much enjoyed our three week stay. It has four main rooms with the two bedrooms being separated by a large well appointed kitchen and a large living room. This allows for four sliding doors onto a long spacious balcony and makes it especially convenient for couples to share. Each of the sliding doors has an electric roll down shutter for privacy and security at night. We had a weekend of rain and found the many channels available on the TV very welcome. As noted in other reviews Rik the owner and Steven the manager are both pleasant, helpful and efficient. The building is very quiet and kept spotlessly clean and is next door to an Aldi supermarket. It is situated in the north-west corner of Lagos making for an easy exit to explore the whole of the Algarve and, if you are like us elderly, an easy drive into the old town where there is a convenient underground car park. Lagos is no longer a small fishing town but it I charming with quaint alleyways, good restaurants, lovely beaches and an interesting harbour where boat trips are available. With growth comes change, now the field opposite the apartment that is shown on Google maps opposite the apartment is now fully occupied by a Brico Marche hardware store with a consequent rise in traffic. When we were lost, frequently! It was easy to find the apartment by following the signs to Brico Marche. A very nice holiday in the sunny Algarve which we first visited over twenty years ago and which is still lovely despite the many changes.

Die Wohnung war in einem perfekten Zustand. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber. Der Pool wurde selbst bei dieser kalten Jahreszeit regelmäßig gereinigt.

Wir haben drei sehr schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Das Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Liegen, Stühlen und einen großen Tisch. Es liegt Sehr zentral. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Fahrstuhl kommt man in das Apartment und in die Tiefgaragen wo der Stellplatz ist der sich bei der großen Hitze an der Algarve als Extra Bonbon erweist. Da wir die Gegend kennen brauchten wir den sehr NETTEN und hilfsbereiten Rik nicht zu kontaktieren da alles super war. Die Poolanlage mit eigenen privaten Liegen vom Apartment waren super. Wir kommen wieder noch dieses Jahr. Danke an Rik

Only improvements would be a bbq and a dishwasher but I accept not listed in the property. Option of a towel and linen change would add.

Thank you for your honest thoughts. I agree about bbq but sadly in the past clients have abused this and damaged the balcony furniture. Dishwasher towel a linen change is something I will look into. Rik

We enjoyed our stay in Lagos. The apartment is spacious and centrally located, close to everything. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations and information about the area. We highly recommend it!

I live in the north east England and have been going to the Algarve with my family for many years.
We always wanted to buy an apartment there but until we visited Lagos and enjoyed it so much we were hooked.

We are a well traveled family that has discovered many parts of the world. Many years ago we discovered the Algarve the only thing i can say is why not sooner.

After spending 7 years in the South of France we thought we had seen it all sadly we had to leave France only to discover the Algarve, and what a find with its abundance of sandy beaches forever going caves & coast lines not to mention excellent value for money restaurants, & shops.

Why they chose this property

We are a well traveled family that has discovered many parts of the world.
Many years ago we discovered the Algarve the only thing i can say is why not sooner.
After spending 7 years in the South of France we thought we had seen it all.

Then we found the Algarve. With the apartment being on the top floor with all day sunshine four patio doors that follow onto it, air con, a surround system in each room, so you can all enjoy your own taste of music, the beautiful shared pool with its well landscaped gardens & palm trees.
As well as the video entrance system including pin code to access the property.
As its location is quiet but at the same time 15mins walk to the Marina restaurants, beaches, markets & shops. water parks, golf,etc.

What makes this property unique

Being on the top floor of any apartment block is a must endless sunshine or you can always go in the shade if you need to, or just take the lift down to the swimming pool.

Or if thats not what you want to do take a walk down to the Marina (10 mins or so longer if you stop at one of the
snack bars on the way down the one opposite Lidls is cheap good & plentiful.
Pass here & you arrive at the Port/Marina where they are endless cruises, water sports, boat fishing, bbq boat lunches, exploring caves by boat, seeing the dolphins, the list is endless.

Opposite the Marina heading towards the beautiful historical town of Lagos with its many restaurants, museums, & very welcoming, friendly atmosphere, the local people love to make you feel at home nothing seems to be a problem for them.
