The apartment, newly renovated, is located on the 4th and top floor with an elevator up to the 3rd floor and 1 floor to walk (20 steps). It offers all the necessary comforts, including a terrace (separate but communicating with other apartments) with access from the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, heating, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
Furthermore, if you are a larger group, there is the possibility to combine the apartment with Terrazza Manuela Apartments 2 Quartieri Spagnoli to accommodate groups of up to 11 people. Each apartment has its own separate entrance.
