Mamma Antonella is a fantastic Mediterranean-style villa, 5 km from the famous Blue Flag beach of Lidofiori.
The villa extends over a garden of 3000 square metres and is situated in the countryside of Menfi, the city of wine.
Mamma Antonella is on one level where there is a large living room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, a twin bedroom and another bathroom.
There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room so Mamma Antonella can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday: air conditioning everywhere, dishwasher, WI-FI, washing machine, TV...
What is remarkable to point out are the furnishings of the house: new, elegant, refined.
Outside there is a large BBQ area and a very large patio facing the pool, ideal for Sicilian breakfasts, meals and... drinks of course.
The pool area is a kind of paradise surrounded by tropical plants and with a gazebo to provide shade in the hottest moments.
The pool is 10x5 metres with a maximum depth of 1.40 metres.
There is also a playground.
The beach is just under 6 km away: Lidofiori, which has been awarded the Blue Flag several times (24 times to date) as the cleanest and most sustainable beach in Sicily.
In Lidofiori there are restaurants, pizzerias and bars by the sea.

Electricity is included up to 150 kWh per week. Any excess will be charged at € 0.50 per kWh.
