The apartment is located on a second floor without a lift and has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom for your comfort. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration or planning your next adventures. The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine and all necessary utensils, although we recommend taking advantage of the rich local gastronomic offer.
The bedroom has a bunk bed for three people, with a double bed below and an exterior window that provides good natural lighting and urban views. In addition, it has a built-in wardrobe to keep your luggage organized. The bathroom has a small-sized bathtub for your comfort.
This apartment has capacity for 4 people in its 46 m², being perfect for small families or couples. It is very well connected and close to supermarkets, train stations, metro and bus, as well as tourist attractions and beaches.
It does not have parking, so we recommend planning transport according to your needs.

Un oras ce ofera multa energie!
Amplasarea apartamentului a fost excelenta pentru noi: aproape de centru (cam 10 min pana acolo) si aproape de stația de tren si de autobuz. Apartamentul era dotat cu tot ce aveai necesar si era situat intr-un imobil si cartier destul de linistit. Legatura cu proprietarul a fost destul de usoara si rapidă, acesta a raspuns la cerintele noastre cat de repede a putut.

Bien equipada en elementos de cocina. Inclusive había productos de cocina (aceite, copos de arroz, etc. fue muy útil), y plancha y sombrilla (no llegamos a usar) Zona tranquila. A metros Mercado del Carmen y varios supermercados y peluquerías.

We had a nice stay
We had a nice stay. Apartment was just fine for the 3 of us and had everything we need. Unfortunately the noise from the works on the building across the street lowered our impressions a bit. On the other hand, that's something that the owners can't influence. Lastly, Cristina that welcomed us was a great host and straight from the door we felt like we know each other for years. Fully recommend this apartment and the agency.

Świetna lokalizacja
Mieszkanie ma świetną lokalizację. Bardzo blisko ścisłego centrum (spacerem mniej niż 10min), ale na tyle z boku, że w nocy było cichutko.I co dla mnie było bardzo ważne -żadnych karaluchów.
