Hi everyone I am Nicky and together with my husband Peter we host Keeper's Retreat and Keeper's Lodge. I have been lucky enough to live in this area all my life and we have lived in Keeper's house adjacent to our apartments for over twenty years. We are new to VRBO but are experienced hosts. We love sharing our home with our many visitors and have taken great pride in making our accommodation everything you would expect from an elegant and stylish country retreat. Despite our experience we are never complacent and we continue to learn and strive on an ongoing basis to improve our visitor experience. Your enjoyment is our priority.

Set in the heart of the South Downs National Park and immediately adjacent to the beautiful Stansted Estate. This Idyllic rural setting provides a real 'Escape to the Country'.
This gorgeous spot is deceptively close to an array of interesting places to visit yet quiet and secluded. You can relax and unwind knowing so many interesting and beautiful things to see are just a few minutes drive away.
A prime location for Goodwood event goers who can enjoy easy access to the world renown Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed avoiding any motorway congestion.
For walkers step from your door onto a network of footpaths to explore the South Downs and neighbouring Stansted Estate or take a short drive to coastal paths around Chichester Harbour and nature reserves. We are surrounded by historic towns and villages both along the coast line and inland. Portsmouth, Chichester, Petersfield, Midhurst and many more historic places of interest are no more than a few minutes drive away.

We have included everything for a well equipped and luxurious retreat. From the tasteful décor and the pretty outdoor space down to a potato peeler that actually works. We have created a home from home with a little hotel luxury. This coupled with our hands on approach ensuring our guests have everything they need, makes Keeper's Retreat just that bit special.
With your own private entrance, the first floor apartment is accessed via a cloakroom and stairs leading to a landing and information desk/work space. A modern and tastefully appointed open plan area with kitchen, dining, living and bedroom.
A huge, comfortable super king size zip link bed,(converts to two singles by prior arrangement), separate large luxury bathroom with stand alone roll top bath and walk in rain shower. We provide ample cotton towels and high thread count quality cotton bed linen.
Easy to control central heating and newly installed air conditioning. A Free sat smart TV (150 channels). There is also free wi-fi. The kitchen is fully fitted with a modern electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave.
For your private use a quiet secluded garden with comfortable garden furniture to help you make the most of the space.
