The home has a large double reception room with bay window that lets in a lot of sunlight. Here you’ll find the living area with sofa and love seat, plus a separate armchair, a wood burning fire place and large screen smart TV with PlayStation also available.
The living room extends in to a dining area, with plenty of room to gather for meals or drinks around the table.
To the back of the house is a large fully equipped kitchen with a double door range oven and 5 hob cooker for whipping up culinary delights. A large kitchen table with seating offer good space to enjoy breakfast, or a relaxed drink.
The patio doors from the kitchen open up to a large, bright garden space, with access to a gas and coal bbq and outdoor seating areas to relax or entertain.
Upstairs over two floors are the four double bedrooms, with the master room to the front containing a super-king size bed, built in wardrobe space and a smart TV. The bedroom is flooded with natural sunlight through the bay window in the morning - although the blackout curtains keep it at bay until you’re ready for the day.
The bright top floor loft bedroom contains another king-size bed, plenty of storage, and great views over the rooftops out the skylight windows, again with blackout blinds to keep the light out while you sleep.
Two good sized bathrooms, one with a double walk in shower, the other with a bath and over-tub shower head, provide ample space for everyone to freshen up, and towels are provided.
A study, including a workspace with a widescreen monitor to connect your laptop to, can double as a bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed.
