Very unsatisfactory stay

Broken heating system, never worked, we were cold all the time. Smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. No lift and 5 stories to climb.we had to get maintenance in at night to get to close the windows because of a knocking noise ( which they did) and fix the alarm system ( which they did not).

Great location in a ver upscale area of London. The flat is well kept and very quiet. The manager was very helpful. Everything went smoothly. We had a great time. Thank you!
