Ground-floor apartment in a small apartment building, with a spacious private veranda. The beautiful beach with its pine forest is within walking distance (50 m). Located just behind the Patti boardwalk, where it’s pleasant to take walks and stop at one of the countless little cafés that line it. You can organise enjoyable excursions to the Aeolian Islands—the ticket office and pier are less than 50 metres away. Public and paid parking is available behind the apartment. Patti Marina began as a small fishing village and has retained its charm over the years. Today, there are numerous small bars and cafes along the waterfront. Not far away are other towns such as San Giorgio, Capo Calavà, and Mongiove... From a historical perspective, Patti Marina is home to a Roman villa, which is a 15-minute walk away. It’s also close to Tindari, famous for its sanctuary dedicated to the Virgin Mary, its Roman theatre overlooking the sea, and the Marinello lakes.
