Villa Chelia is located in the Mediterranean Patti Marina, directly on the sea. The Villa is visually an attraction and one of the most beautiful places here. We rent you a spacious apartment. We, the landlords, are sometimes present, our private apartment is on the first floor. A generous and architecturally beautiful garden gives you the opportunity to make your holiday very individual and yet be (almost) on the beach. The small road between the beach and villa is in the summer used as a promenade with specially built bistros and restaurants. The interior of the noble ground floor apartment combines modernity with tradition ..

Perfect calm vacation in September

A perfect living for a week. Close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are well sized, kitchen fully equipped. The owners are very nice and helpful. One room is close to the road, but we didn’t think it was a big disturbance. Nice garden around.

Schönes Appartement in einer Villa, die oben von den Besitzern bewohnt wird. Eingebettet in einem grossen schönen Garten.

beste Lage!

Alles bestens : Haus, Garten, sehr schönes Ambiente im Haus. Fast alles vorhanden, und was fehlt, das bringt Frau Adina oder die Besitzerin schnell. Der Besitzer hat mir sein Weingut gezeigt.

Traumgarten und Villa mit chic. Strand gegenüber

Riesengroße Villa, zum Verlaufen, irgendwas zwischen Tradition, IKEA und Design, eine seltenen Kombination. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse mit den Arkaden spendet Schatten. Absolut zu empfehlen, auch der Preis ist ok.

ein rundum gelungener, erholsamer und wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir kamen nachts an, wurden von der lieben "Adina" aufs herzlichste empfangen und starteten nach Sonnenaufgang in wundervolle Ferientage. Es war einfach traumhaft, hatten einen wahnsinnig schönen Blick auf´s Meer, waren vom sizilianischen Flair gefangen und konnten fantastische 14 Tage genießen. Der Steinstrand war super. Man konnte dort prima entspannen und in diesem atemberaubendem Meer klasse schnorcheln. Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft in Patti genossen und vermissen diese bereits jetzt schon.
