The cottage is on two floors,

Upstairs there are two cozy en-suite double bedrooms, Each bedroom has one double bed, a compact wardrobe, plenty of built in USB charging points and a smart TV.

The shower rooms both contain a shower, sink and toilet.

Fresh bedding and towels are provided for your stay.

Downstairs there is plenty of seating in the lounge / TV area and a well-equipped kitchen kitchen that includes an oven, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a dining table which extends to comfortably seat four.

You have exclusive access to the entire property for your stay. We have an electronic door locking system that allows each guest to use their smartphone as their personal key to the property during their stay.

There are a couple of convenient car parks within a few minutes' walk from the cottage, allowing you to park your vehicle securely nearby.

There is also some short term, free parking about 50m away, ideal for loading/unloading.

There are supermarkets within a few minutes walk (Lidl and Co-op) and Tesco is a short drive away.

For non drivers, there is a bus stop just 50m away, with destinations such as Barnstaple and Woolacombe.
