I considered object as a house, but it was an appartment only (my mistake). the location was in the city and it was not mentioned that a busy road is passing the house. So sitting or dining in the garden was not possible due to traffic noise (especially during rush hour). Appartment doesn't have a dish washer. Check in procedure was unpersonal. I might be old fashioned, but I do expect a personal salutation, explaining the appartment with all functions. Not in place. New neighbours during last week were very noisy, everything could be heard (music, talking, walking). We just thought to remove to a hotel to get a healthy sleep.

We deeply regret having received such an ungrateful and untruthful guest. This was one of the responses we received when we asked the guest during their stay if everything was ok and if they needed anything additional for their stay, on 10/14/2023 at 10:31 am: "Good morning Pedro, everything is fine and we enjoy the stay Thank you. Georg" If something wasn't right, we don't understand why the guest lied to us. In the published advertisement we inform that the house is close to a busy street, in addition we have photographs in the advertisement with aerial location. The house does not have a dishwasher and we did not mention this in the advertisement, if it was something so important to the guest, Georg should have taken this into account when he booked. It is very evident in the advertisement that we have only self check-in, and we provide all the information for this purpose, regardless of this we are very quick to respond and proactive. We were unaware that there were noises from neighbors, it was enough for the guest to have commented on it and we would try to resolve it. When we are asked for anything and it is within our power, we are always happy to provide excellent stays, if this guest had been sincere it would have been better for everyone.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt. Ein toll eingerichtetes Appartement. Es gab als Willkommen sogar eine Flasche Wasser und Wein. So freundlich. Der Check In war easy und die Kommunikation schnell und sehr angenehm.
