This villa is located only 3 mins drive to the beach, supermarket, shops, restaurant and 8 mins from GB.
New regulation of the Tourist Authority Act, a tourist fee of 3 Euros per guest and per night is applicable from October 1st 2025, the tourist fee is not applicable to guests under the age of 12 years
