Tush villa is a newly build, very spacious (280m2), ideal place for a family or group of friends
This villa will offer 3 large bedrooms en-suite with their own dressing each, a comfortable lounge, dinning area open to a very well equipped kitchen
You will certainly enjoy the outdoor area : large pool, garden, 3 terraces, bbq area, patio
This villa is located only 3 mins drive to the beach, supermarket, shops, restaurant and 8 mins from GB.

we got 7 cameras in our property :
2 on the right hand side
2 at the back of the villa
2 in the front of the villa
1 in the kiosk focusing on the main entrance

New regulation of the Tourist Authority Act, a tourist fee of 3 Euros per guest and per night is effective from October 1st 2025, the tourist fee is not applicable to guests under the age of 12 years
we will request copy of each guest passport and we will collect the funds in Euros by cash on the day of arrival at the villa.
