This beautiful three bedroomed villa is situated in the quiet area of Balcon del Mar, just outside Javea. It is well furnished and has a private pool in an excellent private garden. A special feature is an outside kitchen for those barbeque evenings as the sun goes down. There are many restaurants close by but also Balcon del Mar is approximately a 10 minute drive to the Arenal beach of Javea where there are many bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. Arenal is one of the best sandy beaches in the area and if you fancy a change and a trip out, the beaches of Denia are not far away. The drive to Denia goes over the famous Montgo mountain and National Park, with stunning views all the way.
