Javea: Superb villa completely renovated

Villa Galicia has been completely renovated (end of renovations in April 2014). All bathrooms and shower rooms are new, bedding is new, plumbing has been renovated, an outdoor shower (next to the pool) has been built. The villa has contemporary outdoor furniture (garden furniture around the pool and at the level of the naya - covered terrace). The villa has a satellite TV, DVD, WiFi, airco. The sandy beach is 4 km away while coves (pebble beach) are a few hundred meters away.
End of stay cleaning is compulsory (supplement to be provided) as well as the rental of wi-fi. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a separate studio and has a separate entrance. This studio includes a shower room (+ WC).
PLEASE NOTE: the price displayed does not include cleaning costs (100 EUR), WiFi (30 EUR) and bed linen / shower sheets (15 EUR per person) which must be added. Fees are payable on arrival in cash. The deposit is also payable on arrival in cash and will be refunded after check-out.

Everything felt good about this house. The contact with the owner was good. The house had everything on one level. Only a small stairway to the front door. And within 10 minutes to supermarkten and the arenal Platja. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful peaceful villa. It is just perfect.

Beautiful villa in perfect location. So private and quiet. So many items in the house/kitchen. Spices etc. Around 5 restaurants within walking distance so you dont need to drive in the evening and small supermarket within walking distance another 4 minutes drive down the road. Supercomfortable beds, communication with owner brilliant and Denise who met us at thd property. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa Cedric.

Villa bien située et conforme à la description

La remise des clĂ©s s'est dĂ©roulĂ©e comme prĂ©vu. La villa correspondait en tout point Ă  ce que l'annonce prĂ©sentait. Bonne literie, cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, eau chaude fonctionnelle (et c'est rare). Seul petit bĂ©mol c'est de l'avoir louĂ©e sachant que l'Ă©clairage salon/living ne fonctionnait pas (nous avons dĂ» utiliser un lampadaire) et en automne il fait vite noir. Je prĂ©cise nĂ©anmoins que nous avons demandĂ© au propriĂ©taire de ne pas intervenir car nous n'Ă©tions lĂ  bas que pour une semaine et nous n'avions pas envie de perdre du temps avec des Ă©lectriciens. A noter Ă©galement que le wifi, bien que payant en supplĂ©ment, n'est pas trĂšs efficace. En effet, il n'est captable quasi que de l'intĂ©rieur de la maison. Inutile d'essayer Ă  la terrasse ou mĂȘme dans le studio juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour et nous recommandons la villa.

Ein Traum!

Mit der ganzen Familie (6 Personen) haben wir die ersten zwei Aprilwochen in der Villa von Cedric verbracht. Um es kurz zu sagen: Es war ein Traum von A bis Z! Die Villa selbst hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 BĂ€der. Sie ist Top ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, den Stil könnte man als mediteranen Skandi-Stil bezeichnen - man fĂŒhlt sich rundum wohl. Das Grund stĂŒck ist mit schönen Pflanzen, dem tollen Pool und vier (!) Sitz- bzw. Loungegruppen außen einfach genial. Auch das Auto kann man toll auf das GrundstĂŒck fahren (ein zweiter Parkplatz ist auf der Straße gegenĂŒber vorhanden). Wir haben die Tage in der Villa sehr genossen und auch viele tolle AusflĂŒge gemacht. Der Kontakt zu Cedric und auch zur Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war super nett, unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Fazit: Wir wĂŒrden sehr gerne wiederkommen - dieser Platz ist ein StĂŒck vom Paradies!

Unkempt garden, needed a good sweep of leaves, garden furniture cushions mouldy and rotting. pool fantastic but not maintained during a 12 day stay. Villa inside clean, but lots of issues with mould in on-suits and the walls and inside of door to the separate bedroom. Sheets felt damp every night. Lovely modern kitchen. Main family bathroom toilet not working. Loved the area We paid more than we normally would expecting better from the pictures advertised

We are really sorry to write bad review but we are sincere and would like to help other people to get an opinion of what is to be expected in this place.... we stayed in the Vila 1 week and unfortunately we had all the week really bad weather and storm...during our 7 days of stay there was nobody there to clean the pool which was full of dirt and all the furniture outside as well... we had to “enjoy” the view outside of the pool and villa with incredible amounts of dirt because of the rain and storm... the owner could send somebody to clean up the mess.... but he didn’t., Secondly the house was full of mould and the humility in the house was hard to deal with... the bed sheets and towels took over 3 days to get dry... Another aspect of the house where the owner had the nerve to criticise the way we left the house in a dirty way where from very beginning as mentioned before was mould everywhere is the following... we arrived in the night and still with the dark light we could see the dirty greasy patches on the kitchen furniture where the kitchen should be the cleanest place in the house.... more than -1 for this place we cannot give sorry but the worst and dirtiest house we ever been in

Very pleased overall, minor issues were the pool furniture needs to be replaced, parts broken, cushions to the furniture covered in dog hairs, over a two week period we would have expected the bed linen to have been changed ( we washed it ourselves) but overall it’s a lovely place, good restaurants in walking distance, final point is only one set of keys for three couples this created some confusion on going out and coming back times, but all in all a positive review

Location excellente et trÚs agréable... conforme en tout point à la description. La piscine est nickel bien qu'un peu fraßche en cette saison, la maison est propre et bien entretenue. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Je recommande vivement cette location. Bref que du bonheur.
