Welcome to our newly built apartment situated on the 3rd floor of a new building on Ben Yehuda Street. With its prime location, you'll have easy access to the city's best attractions and amenities. The apartment boasts a contemporary design and high-quality furnishings, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Step inside and be greeted by a spacious living area where you can relax and unwind. The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering privacy and convenience. The sleek and modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, there are two balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee or savor the city atmosphere.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property, enjoying complete privacy during their stay. As an added perk, we provide access to the HolyGuest app, which offers local recommendations, guidebooks, and in-room services such as food delivery and Shabbat catering.

Non-Israeli residents are not required to pay VAT, but please ensure you have a valid passport photo and tourist visa upon arrival to avoid any charges.
