The house features three cozy bedrooms, ample space for the entire family. The open living room and dining area invite togetherness, while the spacious garden promises endless hours in the sun.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to dinners under the stars. And with a grill in the garden, outdoor living is at your fingertips.



Svaneke is known for its charm. Windmills, fishing harbor, and artistic shops create a unique atmosphere. Walks along the coastline and through the rolling landscape are a nature lover's dream.



In Listed, you'll find a micro bakery, ceramist, goldsmith, coffee shop with freshly baked cakes, and a harbor-side bar serving lobster rolls, French specialties, champagne, wine, gin and tonic, and beer. There are also local options for Body SDS treatments, Craniosacral Therapy, Detox courses, and Hypnotherapy.



The area around the house is a true holiday oasis. Just 50 meters from the house is a charming garden pool, and a 10-minute walk takes you to a scenic natural beach. Here you can dive off cliffs, lie on fine gravel, or explore the sea's tiny wonders with fishing nets from the house.
