Not quite as expected

We expected some basic things to be provided, like dish towels, washcloths, trash bags, at least 1 extra set of bed linens, and some basic instructions on use of washer/dryer. It was very difficult not to be able to adjust the temperature in the house. It got uncomfortably hot at night. When the heater came on.

We do provide instructions for the heating, as well as many other details within our guest manual, and we’re available 24/7 to assist with any concerns during your stay. Additionally, we provide the basics to get you started, as noted in our listing. This includes a dishcloth, Fairy liquid, and an extra trash bag—sorry if these were difficult to locate.
