Notre arrivée s’est bien passée avec un accueil très sympathique de Marian.L’appartement est situé dans une résidence familiale, agréable, avec une belle vue sur la baie d’Altea et sur Benidorm. La terrasse est très agréable et spacieuse, c’est là que nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps lorsque nous étions à l’appartement.La cuisine a tous les équipements nécessaires, mais très vieillissants. Il manque un barbecue ou une plancha sur la terrasse, ce serait le top. Les deux piscines sont très grandes et agréables. Pour information, profondeur, maximum de 1,50 m.Place de parking en sous-sol, agréable avec la chaleur pour garder le véhicule au frais.Proche de beaucoup de sites touristiques et des plages. Véhicule indispensable.Literie de la Master Bedroom ferme et on sent un peu trop les ressorts mais ça a fait l’affaire pour deux semaines.Par rapport à d’autres appartements qu’on a loués, un peu cher pour la prestation globale, d’autant qu’il faut aussi payer l’électricité.
