Nestled in the Magdalenka Forest, there is easy access to vibrant Warsaw central in just 25 mins and the Int. airport is a mere 15 minutes away. For those visiting PTAK, we are just 5 minutes away. Taxis are readily available.

The beautiful location of the villa will provide a restful break with spa facilities for whenever you are ready to unwind. This villa's standout features are the wood-fired hot tub and sauna, large terraces and lovely large garden of which an area is dedicated to children. Guests will love the large well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, tea and coffee maker, a kitchen seating area, flat-screen TVs with streaming services, as well as garden furniture, BBQ and forest views.

Wooded forestry roads and paths provide the great outdoor lifestyle. Hike or ride your bike for hours in seclusion and peace (we can arrange bike rental). Great place to stay whether for a short break away from crowds or on business in Warsaw where you can return after meetings and relax in peace.

Warsaw is a vibrant city with more than its fair share of historical sights. Our villas are located in the upscale outskirt area of Magdalenka which is a peaceful forestry area with cycle and hiking trails. Returning to such peace and tranquility after City activities must be high on anyone's list.
