Lake views - new apartment with room to relax

Experience the magic of autumn in Wānaka with its refreshing mornings and stunning sunrises and sunsets.

Located in the picturesque alpine town on New Zealand's South Island, our lodging offers contemporary comfort along with breathtaking vistas of the mountains and lake.

Whether you're a fan of skiing or snowboarding, an adventure enthusiast, or seeking a peaceful escape, our Wānaka retreat is the perfect sanctuary for enjoying those mild autumn days.

Our charming newly built home is situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light all day long, offering breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic mountains.

Guest parking is directly to the left of the black garage, in front of the wooden trellis. Make your way along the pathway to the side of the garage and follow the pavers to your own private access.

I would love to help out in anyway, so please make contact with me during your time in Wānaka and I will do my best to make stay enjoyable.

The apartment is attached to our own private property and has been designed in a way that you will feel you still have your own privacy.

We also have the absolute delight of sharing our family home with our gorgeous cavoodle "Colin". He is super friendly and you may see him during your stay.

A true gem

This place is beautiful with a view to match. It was so comfortable had everything we needed and more and was so close to town. A must stay for anyone visiting Wanaka

Fantastic location and great views

Beautiful Place to Stay

The online photos don’t do this place justice—it’s much better! A spacious, clean and quiet gem with a heart-stopping view of Lake Wanaka. Two bedrooms, a washer-dryer, all the kitchen amenities.

Fabulous Accomodation

Great Location with a lovely view of the lake and mountains. Accomodation was very well presented, clean and with excellent facilities. Free Parking onsite. Our Host Kathy was very welcoming and offered many options of activities and places to visit. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
