About this property

1 Bed Near Old Town - Sleeps 2 w Wifi

Apartment Tina is situated on a lovely and quiet location in the Old City, at the top of St.Marie street. There are some steps to get to it, but well worth it. You are away from the noise of the bars and smell of the restaurants kitchen, but in 1-2 minutes you can be wherever you wish, on the beach, have a drink in the bar or a lovely meal in the restaurant.
The famous Buza beach bar is just some 100 meters away and it is a lovely spot for any time of the day or any age group. During the day you can swim, sunbathe, or just have a refreshing drink, in the late afternoon that is the No1 position in town for a Sunset and in the evening it turns into a bar where all the young people and those who feel that way go and have fun without disturbing anyone.
Apartment was renovated 2 years ago, with a lot of care an patience for details to preserve the charm of the Old City. It has a twin/double bedroom with on-suite bathroom, and a dining room with kitchen.Kitchen is equipped with 2 ring burner, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, cattle and all the cutlery and crockery. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Tv.
Outside is a playground that was renovated just few weeks ago and close to it is a small quiet square with couple of benches where you can take your evening drink.

Typical nice location in the old town of Dubrovnik

Location is very good, however, you must be sporty somehow to climb up about 120 steps to come from the city level to the accomodation. No special comfort but good airconditioning. TV was not working, however, all what you need for a short stay is available.

The location is great—its a hike to get up to where it is—but within minutes of the main run. The place is fine for 1 person or a couple—it is very small and the dehumidifier needs to run in the bedroom to keep the place dry—the AC unit in the kitchen works fine. The place is all brick/concrete and NO sun gets in the two windows because of the location. You can hear the foot traffic outside the windows snd the neighbors on the floor above can be loud. All that being sad-the place was fine for single mans needs. I was out all day anyway seeing the sights. I would stay again-by myself-it worked for me .

This property is at the highest point in the city and it's nothing but stairs. Since my partner is a bit older it would have been nice to know. There was no internet. I message the host through the Vrbo app and they put a router on a shelf in the hall way. It would have been nice if they actually sent me a message about it instead of just me finding it by accident. The password written on a card didn't work and we never had internet access. The worst part was there was a family living upstairs. They had hard wood floor with no carpet and the man was very loud. was up late at night and then early in the morning. It sounded like he was wearing work boots while in the house. Worst was his late night phone calls. One lasted a full hour from 3 to 4am.
