The Loft - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

This is a recently renovated 2-bedrooms loft apartment set in the Pile area, just 5 minutes walking distance from Old town. The apartment offers a lovely private terrace to enjoy and relax during the lovely summer days. 


The apartment is set on the second floor of a traditional stone made residential house and consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom and living room windows offer stunning views over the Lovrijenac fortress and the university garden.


Amenities include: AC ( all rooms), Cable TV, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer and well equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.


There are two flights of stairs leading up from the street to the property entrance gate. Upon entering gate you'll find yourself on a lovely terrace equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs. From the terrace there are few steps leading up to the apartment entrance doors.


The apartment is well positioned within a short walking distance from all main attractions, beaches, restaurants and shops. The nearest beach is Sulic located approximately 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment while the famous Banje beach is about 15 minutes walking distance. The nearest grocery store is located at Pile gate, the main entrance to the Old Town, only 4 minutes walking distance.



Apartment sleeps 4 guests.

For larger groups apartment can be combined with next door Studio Amy to accommodate up to 6 guests.



*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
