The house, which is on one level and situated in a very quiet part of the island, is designed to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Access to the property is from the outside, via the pool area. From here, you enter directly into the living-dining room, either through a sliding door or from the porch via a side door.
The interior features a living room equipped with sofas, a television and a fireplace, and a dining area with a large table and chairs. The dining room leads to the fully equipped kitchen and the sleeping area, comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, whilst the other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a bathroom.
All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable temperature during the summer months.
Outside, the property features a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a covered veranda, furnished with a table, bench and outdoor chairs, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco.
The house also has an outdoor parking space on the property.
SERVICES
- The house has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.
- There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms.
- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.
- To keep the swimming pool clean and the garden in good condition, the maintenance team visits twice a week. These visits are brief and discreet, take place only in the outdoor areas, and we will give you advance notice.
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.
- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the property, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or require advice, we are available and will be delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

HOW TO GET AROUND
Binimar is located approximately 12 km from Menorca Airport, a journey of around 15–20 minutes by car.
The village of Sant Lluís is about 5 km away, which is roughly an 8-minute drive, while Mahón is approximately 11 km from the property and can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.
If you prefer to travel by public transport, you will need to take a bus from the airport to the main bus station in Mahón. From there, you can connect to a service heading towards Sant Lluís or the Binisafúller area. Please note that these routes operate mainly during the summer season and with limited frequency, so we recommend checking the latest routes and timetables on the Mou-t Menorca website.
You can also reach the property by taxi, private transfer, or by hiring a car or scooter. In any case, to explore the island comfortably, and especially if you are staying in Binisafúller, we recommend having your own vehicle, as it offers greater convenience and flexibility, as well as access to beaches and areas not served by public transport.
