Oliva - Central apartment with air conditioning 150 meters from the beach in Mallorca

Perfect apartment for couples or small families

Unbeatable location. On the one hand we find the beautiful beach of Puerto de Alcudia just 150 meters away. Kilometers of white sand bathed by the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea. On the other hand, there are bus stops a few meters away where buses depart in all directions, also to the airport. This is ideal for those who prefer a greener holiday and who don´t want to depend on a rental car. Also within 200 meters there are 2 big supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl) and a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator in a quiet and bright building.

The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for a great vacation. Separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. It has 3 air conditioning units, Wifi, Smart TV and satellite TV.

Finally you will find a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate.

This place was incredible in all possible ways!

This place was incredible in all possible ways! The location is in a very calm area where the nights are quiet and peaceful, only within a 3 minute walk from the beach. Right under the apartment is a very nice convenience store where you can buy all the things you need (sunscreen, food, drinks etc) and the staff is super lovely. There is also a 10 minute walk away from the port where you will find all kinds of restaurants and establishments that you will absolutely love! If you arrive with a rented car, it’s very easy to park on the street outside of the apartment. The host is very easy to communicate with and it’s very worth the price! Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to get the best possible experience in Mallorca!

Отличная ухоженная квартира с приличной мебелью, есть две спальни, прекрасная просторная ванная комната и хорошо оборудованная кухня. В квартире есть все необходимое, каждой комнате кондиционер, в спальнях хорошие матрацы и безупречно чистое белье. На просторном затененном балконе очень приятно обедать или просто отдыхать вечером.Совсем рядом находятся два ресторана, небольшой супермаркет на первом этаже создает некоторый шум по-утрам, что конечно же абсолютно не вина хозяев. Огромный пляж находится в 5 минутах ходьбы, вход в море пологий, на берегу растут сосны, которые после обеда создают приятную тень.Мы получили четкие инструкции для самостоятельного заселения, а мелкие проблемы или вопросы решались очень быстро. Мы рекомендуем квартиру и ее отзывчивых хозяев и с удовольствием приедем снова.

Localização muito boa. Próxima à praia e à avenida principal. Tinha vários supermercados e restaurantes em volta. Fomos para o 70.3 Ironman, então a localização também foi ótima, pois ficava a alguns minutos da feira e poucos metros da parte das transições e ótimo para assistir. As camas e sofá são muito confortáveis. Banheiro de ótimo tamanho. Varanda muito gostosa para tomar café.

Gutes Appartment mit TOP Lage

Hallo. Das Appartment ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber wie von den Bildern zu erwarten in einem gut gepflegtem Zustand. Alles hat funktioniert. Die Küche war rel. neu. Kein Backofen und keine Spülmaschine was wir eh nicht brauchten. Klimaanlage gab es im Wohn-/Ess-Zimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Es ist im 2. Stockwerk. Ein kleiner Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Unten im Gebäude ein Spar Minimarkt wo man morgens aufgewärmte Baguettes und Backwaren und sonstiges kaufen kann. Alles gute Preise. Das Gebäude ist klein wenig hellhörig, aber ansich ist es sehr ruhig gewesen. Nebenan 2-3 Restaurants. Keine 5min zum Strand. Für bis zu 4 Personen ok. Der Preis ist vielleicht etwas höher, aber dafür ist die Lage TOP. Würde ich so wieder Buchen für 3 Personen. Allein wäre mir das etwas viel.

Nós gostamos muito da nossa estadia no apartamento. O apartamento é exatamente igual as fotos do anúncio, fica extremamente perto da praia e tem lojas, restaurantes, mini mercado e mercados grandes muito próximos também. Achamos ideal para família de até 4 pessoas. As respostas foram sempre rápidas e comunicação clara. A limpeza estava boa mas poderia ser um pouco melhor mas nada que uma passada extra de vassoura não resolvesse. Enfim, com ctz voltaremos. 😎

Хорошая квартира , идеальное расположение! 💯 Мы отлично провели свой отпуск и это жильё было комфорпным для нас троих. Всё в пешей доступности. До красивейшего пляжа 4-5 минут, до супермаркета Lidl 6-7 минут , в порт Алькудия можно дойти за 15-20 минут вдоль набережной. Квартира оборудована полностью! Нам понравилось, спасибо!❤️
