On the property stands a small trullo, called “pagghiara,” which was once used as a storage shed for farm tools.<br>It can accommodate up to 6 people and features 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a double living room, a spacious kitchen, a laundry room, verandas at the front and back of the house, and private parking. High-quality finishes, solid wood furniture, and exquisite red marble flooring complete this elegant holiday home. Bicycles are available. <br>The villa is located across from the Velodromo degli Ulivi, which hosted the 1976 Track Cycling World Championships and is now home to a playground. <br>The villa is strategically located near Salento’s most popular destinations: a 15-minute drive from Lecce, 25 minutes from the white-sand beaches of Porto Cesareo on the Ionian Sea, and less than 40 minutes from the nearest beach resorts on the Adriatic Sea. The numerous villages of Salento are easily reached by driving just a few kilometres.
