Prestigious villa with private pool near the sea, near Gallipoli, Puglia
Among the olive trees of the Salento countryside, 6 km from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli, it is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The structure consists of a magnificent villa (with private swimming pool) and consists of kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom in the same color of the room, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The entire villa is fully furnished with classic-style wooden furniture, some of them vintage. The house is equipped with curtains, mosquito nets and gratings in windows and doors, carefully chosen ornaments, well-functioning appliances, air conditioners, alarm system, remote control for the automatic opening of the entrance gate. The house is surrounded by four patios with tables, chairs, swing, hammock. Outdoor access to each room independently. In addition to a fireplace in the back of the house there is a large fireplace-barbeque, located under a beautiful wisteria resting on wooden structure and unapiccola laundry room. Beside the house, there is a wooden gazebo covered by ivy for two cars. Framed by everything with a private pool, 10 x 5 meters with roman steps, surrounded by a large lawn of 1000 square meters. Adjacent to it, stands a wooden gazebo with coverage in bamboo canes, adequately furnished and lighted, to enjoy a nap or an aperitif poolside. The pool has a beautiful view of the yard with gazebo covered with colorful climbing plants and orchard where you can pick up seasonal fruits cultivated entirely natural systems.

Buon pomeriggio e grazie per le sue parole,ci aiutano a migliorare il nostro servizio.Francamente quello che dice sui costi non aiuta i futuri ospiti ad avere informazioni aggiuntive in quanto sia i costi per la biancheria sia quelli relativi ai consumi elettrici sono ampiamente descritti,non solo su questo sito ma anche nelle regole della casa che provvediamo a consegnarvi all'arrivo.Nel vostro caso, abbiamo addirittura provveduto su vostra richiesta ad effettuare una simulazione dei costi elettrici per la durata del periodo di soggiorno. Riguardo ai condizionatori, era scritto nella descrizione della casa che i condizionatori presenti sono 2.In ultimo,il frigorifero funziona benissimo ma non deve essere sovraccaricato tenendo lo sportello aperto per troppo tempo e con una temperatura di 40 gradi.Cordiali saluti.

Vacanze Pugliesi
Per la prima volta in Puglia, dopo un viaggio molto lungo ci attendono per accompagnarci verso la dimora Laura e suo papà. Percorriamo una strada immersa negli ulivi che sembrava portasse nel nulla e poi...all'aprirsi del cancello abbiamo trovato di fronte a noi un paradiso. Nulla è lasciato al caso dal prato che circonda la villa, alla piscina perfettamente curata, senza trascurare la casa dotata di ogni confort. Eravamo in sei più 2 amici a quattro zampe e tutti insieme abbiamo passato 2 settimane in assoluto relax. Ringraziamo con profondo affetto i propietari che con gentilezza e professionalità hanno fatto si che le nostre " Vacanze Pugliesi" fossero indimenticabili.

Soggiorno incatevole
La casa è incantevole, immersa nel verde. Il giardino è curatissimo e ha al suo interno una bellissima piscina che contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera suggestiva, soprattutto di sera. Abbiamo chiesto tante informazioni ai proprietari su dove andare a cena la sera, ma poi non siamo mai usciti perché questa villa è il posto più bello dove stare! Accoglienza perfetta !

Splendida!
Splendida dimora di campagna, inserita in un contesto di rara bellezza. La piscina e il giardino privati ci hanno consentito di trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax. La location è ideale per visitare il Salento. Tutto curato, pulito e assolutamente allineato a quanto avevamo visto nelle foto. Proprietari accoglienti ... Insomma, il massimo!

Sono stato in Puglia nel periodo pasquale con mia moglie e i nostri 3 figli.
Abbiamo scoperto questa incantevole dimora tramite amici che avevano alloggiato lo scorso anno. Che dire..Immersi nel verde, nei profumi delle piante mediterranee, nei colori del Salento, a due passi dal mare. Camere pulite, cosi'come la biancheria. I proprietari, gentilissimi, ci hanno accolto con una bottiglia di prosecco e due calici facendoci trovare il camino acceso (persino con la legna accatastata nel sotto camino per non scomodarci nel doverla prendere nella rimessa adiacente). Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in pieno relax, i bimbi si sono diverititi tantissimo scoprendo la natura e respirando vera aria pura. Vivamente consigliata, anche nei periodi di bassa stagione, per chi come noi desidera allontarsi dalla routine e visitare, senza percorrere troppi km, le localita' piu'suggestive del Salento (Gallipoli, Leuca, Otranto, Lecce e la vicina capitale della cultura 2017 Matera).
