Set within an exclusive part of Southsea 400 metres from the sea... this upmarket, three bedroom first floor apartment, with period features, is the perfect space to wind down and make yours during your seaside stay. Being both very close to the seafront and central Southsea, the property is in a sought-after location and thus perfect for guests to explore Portsmouth. SERVICES There is free Wi-Fi and a TV, which is set up with an Amazon Firestick. Guests can also use the HDMI cable to connect to a laptop or other device. PARKING Please read the whole listing carefully as to availability of free parking, which is limited to three hours. Further information below. DISTANCES The apartment is a 7 minute walk to Southsea Beach (400 metres). Its is 1.5 miles from Gunwharf Quays and 2 miles from the Historic Dockyard and Mary Rose Museum. Further information below.

Paid: Pyramids Car park, Clarence Esplanade, PO5 3ST (12GBP for 24 hours, RingGo app) Trains: Fratton, 1.2 miles; Portsmouth & Southsea 1.8 miles, Portsmouth Harbour 1.9 miles. Buses: 3/23: The Circle (just off Clarendon Road) to Gunwharf Quays & Commercial Road. 2 from Albert Road to Eastney. The sea: 8 minute walk via Clarence Parade and Southsea Rock Gardens (by the Pyramids Centre) Ferries: Hoverport (for Isle of Wight), The Hard (for Isle of Wight, France & Guernsey). Wonderful seafront walks to Eastney or Gunwharf Quays. Culture, leisure and history Food & shopping: Palmerston Road/Marmion Road shopping area; Gunwharf Quays, Albert Road Southsea Castle and Old Portsmouth: (including the Round Tower, the Hot Walls and Spice Island). The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off all lights and radiators.
Put all rubbish in the appropriate bin- no glass should be put in the green recycling bin. Ideally, bottles should be taken to the bottle bank, which is a short walk and behind Waitrose.
Close the flat door on the way out, leaving the key in the white lockbox (marked 'C'). Scramble the code and close the lid.
