About this property
Sunnyside Cottage - Rural 2-bedroom apartment
Hello, and welcome to Sunnyside! Rural family home, 5 minutes from Clifton Village and the M5 motorway. Private, self-contained 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment in a detached cottage with a lovely sunny veranda. One large double bedroom with a smart TV, a dining table and chairs, a 2-seater sofa and armchair, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, teas, coffee, milk, and filtered water in the fridge. There is also one single bedroom with a smart TV. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, a veranda with two benches, a table, and two chairs overlooking the cottage garden. Private very large free parking space for two to three cars or large work van is right outside the front door. There are plenty of dining options very close by with a guidebook in the property detailing them all as well as things to do nearby. Clifton and the M5 are five minutes drive away. Central Bristol and Avonmouth is a 10-minute drive. We are outside the Bristol Clean Air Zone. It is just a15-20 mins drive from all Bristol hospitals.
We are the Kirsens. My wife and two children live at the rear of the property. We run a small online glass business called Boha Glass and work from home. You might also get visited by Jakey, the semi wild peacock, who sits on the veranda in the morning.
The detached property is down a quiet, private country road with fields and a few houses dotted along it. There are lovely walks and country pubs nearby, as well as fast food and supermarkets just a short drive away.

It is so close to Bristol, just 10 minutes drive to the centre. It is 5 mins to Clifton in one direction and 5 mins to the M5 in the other. It is close to everything but really quiet and peaceful - perfect!
