Martini125: apartment near the center with parking

This apartment is a few minutes from the center, is spread over two floors and is located in a quiet area with easy parking.

It's ideal for families, can accommodate four people and has a large double bedroom and a sofa bed.

The kitchen is equipped and functional and in the living area there is a dining table, sofa and TV.

On the second floor there is the bedroom, a comfortable desk for working or studying and the bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located on the second floor with lift and has modern and functional furnishings, here you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The entrance opens onto the living area, with sofa bed, TV and dining table, two low walls separate the kitchen, which remains visible and is equipped with everything needed to prepare lunches and dinners independently, a refrigerator is available, oven and microwave too.

On the second floor there is the bathroom with shower and toilet and the large space dedicated to the bedroom, with double bed, walk-in wardrobe, comfortable armchairs and desk, suitable for moments of work or study.

The apartment is equipped with heating, TV and Wi-Fi and a washing machine, bed linen, towels and hairdryer are available.

The apartment is located in a quiet area a few steps from the center of Siena and an excellent starting point for visiting the characteristic Tuscan villages, convenient parking is available free of charge.

Payment of the tourist tax of €2 per person per day is required.

Signature of the rental contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist rentals.

ONLY for bookings of two people requesting two separate beds, a laundry supplement of €15 is required.
For bookings of three or four people or two people using the same bed it is NOT required.
