Chairs and sun beds to support and connect to the outdoor lawn area. The 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms all airconditioned.



Built-in kitchen with all the necessary equipment (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and gas hob). Bench with 6 stools for meals.



At the rooftop there is another fridge, dishwasher and freezer built into the bench, barbecue and clothesline. Table and 6 chairs and also, a deck area with mattresses, side table, 3 sun chairs and Jacuzzi with a breathtaking view over the river.



3 parking spaces inside the property, and an amazing garden for reading, resting or lounging with family and friends.

Guests should contact our team 45min before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 40 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). During the low season (01/10 until 31/03) all the check-in's shall arrive until 20:00 (8pm)

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.

Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
