Family house, quietly located, lots of privacy,15 minutes cycling from the beach

Please note, additional house information:
-In this holiday home, groups/young people <25 years old, are unfortunately not allowed.
-In this holiday home 1 dog is welcome. A 2nd dog, only after consultation. 35 euro per dog.
-Electric bike to be charged in the shed, an electric car is not possible to charge due to overloading.
-Hire of bed linen is obligatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
-Hire of towels is optional, costs 10 euros per set of two towels. Please let us know at least 1 week before arrival.
-This house is very suitable for families or couples, with a dog, because of the enclosed garden. 
We find the house most comfortable for up to 4-5 people, 2 adults and 3-4 children.
The house may be occupied by up to 6 people.

This comfortable family house is located on the edge of the village of Burgh Haamstede and has a quiet location, the spacious garden offers plenty of privacy. The garden is completely enclosed, ideal with children or a dog. In just fifteen minutes by bike, you can be at the bottom of the dunes in Nieuw Haamstede. You can get there by car in just five minutes. The centre of Burgh Haamstede is a five-minute cycle ride away, with various restaurants, shops, a Hema and an Aldi. A ten-minute walk away is a recreation park with (indoor) playground, miniature golf and tennis courts.

Layout of the holiday home;
You enter the holiday home in the living room through the sliding doors on the terrace. Here you will find a cosy and comfortable seating area, a dining area and an open kitchen equipped with all conveniences, including a dishwasher and combination microwave. From the living room you walk through the hall to the three bedrooms (2 x with 2 single beds, 1 x 1 bunk bed, all mattresses are size 80x200). There is electric heating in the bedrooms. The hall also provides access to the bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower. There is one separate toilet. There are many games and books in the house. 
On the terrace is a dining table and chairs, also suitable for sunbathing somewhere in the garden. There is a covered area with a table and chairs near the shed. The shed has room for 4 bikes and there is electricity to charge your bike. A maximum of 2 cars can be parked in front of, or inside the holiday home's entrance gate. It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house. The house is equipped with a water softener.
