The apartment is completely independent and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, on the first floor we find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The location was the best. You were far enough from the noise of the Grand Canal but less than 10 min. from it and the main Vaporeto station and train station. The apartment had spacious bedrooms with individual air conditioning units. Even though we didn't cook everything was available if needed. We found a great small family owned restaurant further past our unit off the canal down a side street. we ate there for 3 dinners. Sorry but I don't know the name.

Great Location

Great location and an easy walk from the train station. The house is as pictured. We had a little trouble figuring out the heat and my inquiries went unanswered. Eventually we figured it out on our own.

Absolutely charming!

This house was just what I wanted in Venice: Old world charm and comfort! We were met at check-in and showed around everything. It was clean and near everything we needed, including a grocery store just a few doors down - I got fresh bread every morning. We contacted the office twice with questions, once by email and once by phone. They answered immediately each way.

The owner as well the company in charge of the renting were answering all the time very quickly and made really everything to satisfy us a 100 percent. We also had the possibility to get a mechanical key! We very much recommend the central located apartment and as well the nice people dealing with it

A canal property

The place was well located, large 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. The apartment was not bed but was full of spider webs and a lot of mold. The property needs updates for the property ce they charge but the place was very clean, the linen was clean and was spacious. I want to place some pictures to prove but unable to upload them.

Venetian apartment close to the train station

Within walking distance to the train station and Rialto bridge. Groceries and restaurants close by. We were allowed to drop off our bags early. Helped get delayed luggage to our apartment. Right on the canal. Our grandson loved looking out the window to watch boats go by. A little dark inside and there was only AC in the bedrooms so it got a little stuffy downstairs. Opening windows helped. We enjoyed our stay, and would go back again.
