The apartment is on the fourth floor and consists of: living area with sofa bed and kitchen, three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) and two shower bathrooms. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 7 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Very spacious apartment both in common living areas and bedrooms. The elevator was helpful in bringing luggage up to the apartment with minimal stairs.

This place was a great help in making our Venice trip enjoyable. The location was excellent, making it easy to come and go. The space was spacious, and the elevator was a big help when carrying our luggage up. Although the floor was slightly slanted on one side, it didn’t cause any major inconvenience. It was immaculate and nice. Thank you.

This VBzrO was in a great location. Nice size apartment. Elevator worked well. Small but functional. A block from the Rialto bridge. Management was very helpful.

Venice getaway

Property is very central and close to Rialto bridge. Spacious and clean. One of the showers was not very powerful and the wifi didn’t always work but other than that we had a great stay.

Great Location!

Easy walk from Water Bus from Rialto. Easy walk to St Mark’s Square. Comfortable and fit our family if 5 perfectly. It’s Venice, so floors are slanted so added to the charm. Enough amenities. Took suggestions from binder they provided. Great stay!

Ideal location

Ideal location, clean property, clear instructions on how to check-in. This is an older structure but the owners seem to have modernized this. Highly recommended.
