As you look out from the balcony with a glass of local wine in hand it is easy to relax, enjoy the sunset and noises of the surrounding woodlands. Angelina is located close to the heart of Andalo, Trento with its wonderful new ski lifts that can be used in both the summer and winter months. Andalo is a village with all the amenities you will find in the larger towns such as an ice-rink, 3 supermarkets, huge sports centre with large swimming and leisure pool (with great slide), Cheese and wine tasting shops, shops selling only local produce and of course souvenir shops for you to take presents back to friends and family.
Nearby is the lake of Molveno with its fresh water supply direct from the mountains with wonderful walking and cycling paths. There is also a beach, pedalos, swimming pool, beach volleyball and crazy golf to keep you amused. Further afield is Lake Garda with the stunning views of the mountainside. Angelina is located on a hill 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and overlooks the village so you get wonderful views at night of the life of the village or when there is a festival on get to watch the fireworks from a great vantage point. It is only a 5 minute downhill walk with skis and boots to the ski lift of Rindole.
Angelina is located in a unit with only 14 other apartments which are second homes to their owners. It is a quiet and peaceful residence with lots of parking both inside and outside and very well maintained to a high standard.
Angelina is located on the 2nd floor of one of the side wings with no apartment above it (akin to a penthouse apartment). There is a lift from the ground floor to the apartment so you don't have to carry the shopping or your luggage up stairs. As part of the rental there is an indoor garage and a secure private store room with boot drying rack and ski holders so that you are ready to head out immediately the next morning with dry boots. It can also be used in the summer months if you need to dry out your walking boots.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen/living room, larder, two spacious bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, coffee/tea making facilities, hob, cooker, large sink, toaster, kettle etc. There is a table and chairs to seat six persons. Next to the kitchen is the larder to store all your shopping. In the living area there is a TV, DVD, games and sofa. The master bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe with shelving, hanging space for all your clothes. In the double bedroom there are two single beds with fitted storage underneath. There is also a wardrobe with hanging and shelving space. In the master bathroom there is a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and a drying rack. In the second bathroom there is a toilet, shower and sink.
Along the outside of the master bedroom and living room is a wooden balcony with BBQ and seating.
Throughout the apartment there is extremely efficient central heating. Giving additional character to the apartment there are wooden ceilings with large beams.
