Villa Blagdan is located in a quiet village near Nova Vas. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. With 224 m2 of luxury interiors, an impressive garden with a swimming pool, and its own wellness area, it is the ideal accommodation for the perfect family vacation. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living area with a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. Also on the ground floor, there's one bedroom, while the other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The downstairs bedroom has access to the pool and one of the upstairs bedrooms has its own balcony. Each bedroom has an air conditioning and a private bathroom. All rooms in the house have underfloor heating. To take your vacation to a whole new level, there is a spa room with an infrared sauna and jacuzzi. The covered terrace outside has a modern summer kitchen with a barbecue grill (electric and charcoal). On the other side of the garden, a rustic wooden table and benches in the shade provide another outdoor sitting area. On the fenced property there is private parking for max. 3 cars with a charging station for electric cars.
