70m2 apartment with 100m2 of private garden, on top of a hill, in an isolated position but only 300m from the main road; the short access road is well maintained. Built in the XVIII century and finely renovated 10 years ago.. The central location is perfect for reaching the most beautiful areas of Siena and Arezzo. Horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking, quad biking and thermal baths nearby.
