It's located on the ground floor of a beautiful building by the sea, overlooking a large green courtyard and the shared private swimming pool of 25 m. There's also a pool house with table tennis in the courtyard.
The studio is fully equipped and there is a double wall bed (140 cm). There's also a possibility to borrow a cot for free. It has fully equipped open kitchen area with electric hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven and washing machine etc. The bathroom has a nice Italian walk in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. There's also AC, WIFI, a flat-screen TV in the studio.
The apartment is ideal for a couple.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included in the rental fee.
We also provide a starter kit with soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper etc.
It is ideally located on the seafront with the sea and the beach across the street.
Close to everything, shops, restaurants etc just outside the building, or within walking distance. The airport bus stops nearby and the train station "Roquebrune Carnolès" is only 300m away and you can easily reach Monaco, Nice or Italy.
