We stayed for a hen do, our host was so accommodating and left some gorgeous little touches to welcome us in, check in and out was so easy and we had such a gorgeous time. Really lovely property with loads of space and bathrooms - social areas are beautifully decorated and well stocked.

The house is beautiful and very well located. All of the rooms had their individual charm and 14 of us stayed here very comfortably. The house is very well equipped with everything you’d need to cook, clean, entertain. It’s a short walk to the harbour with lots of nice walks and an excellent choice of pubs/restaurants. Deanna was the perfect host. Super warm, friendly and generous! We hope to visit again!

Fantastic house, with absolutely lovely owner who made us all feel really welcome. Beds were all great and the kitchen was fully equipped with every equipment A large group could need! The house had Christmas lights and a tree all decorated for us. Deeanna gave us a comprehensive list of places to visit and was super helpful! Fully reccomended!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions, provide useful local recommendations, and make sure we had everything we needed. Small thoughtful touches and helpful communication made everything feel easy and stress-free.The location is fantastic, being close to the beach is a real bonus, and ideally situated near a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and local places to explore. We loved having so many dining options within easy reach. The convenient location meant we could enjoy the area without having to drive everywhere. The parking space in the nearby car park was invaluable as there was no parking anywhere else being the height of summer. The property itself was comfortable, welcoming, and a great place to return to after a day of exploring. It provided a peaceful and pleasant base while still being close to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this was an excellent stay in a fantastic location. With the beach and restaurants nearby, a comfortable property, and such a great and attentive host, it offered everything we were hoping for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect Ramsgate stay

The house was exactly as described and very well equipped for the number of people in our party. The accommodation was very comfortable and perfect for all ages in our group. The host Deanna was very attentive and gave suggestions for activities while we were there, she couldn't have been more helpful. Overall we had a fabulous week and would recommend this house and host!

Family gathering

Great location with plenty to do for everyone. Incredibly attentive host from booking through to end of stay. Fabulous weather and lots of different spaces in house to gather or relax including beautiful sheltered garden!

Lovely house & stay

House is exactly as described, very clean & had a warm homely feeling. Lovely furnishings and more than big enough for 11 adults, 2 toddlers & a dog! We all had a great weekend at Latimer House and it’s in a great location for the beach. Looking forward to returning!

Superb House and Location

The house is spacious comfortable and well-kept. It is only a short walk to the seafront, harbour, cafés and restaurants. Deanna is a highly attentive host who responds quickly to any queries. We had a wonderful stay.

A really good house with an attractive layout. Everything we needed was provided and the house was clean and well looked after. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the square and the tennis courts. The back garden with its big table was ideal for a large party.

Great location - helpful host

This house was great for our family Easter holiday with 13 people and 2 dogs! We were lucky to have glorious weather as there was so much to do, lovely walks to broad stairs, paddle boarding in the sea and lots of playing in the sand. If you’re a big group and this house is available then book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect base for a family wedding in the area

Had a great time in this lovely home with beautiful sun-spot garden. Short walk into Ramsgate. Plenty of room for all of us and Deanna was great with plenty of contact and information. Would definitely return.

Great well appointed property

The house had so many beds, providing for the needs of five couples and two young children. Lots of hot water, loads of towels, crisp cotton bedding, well equipped kitchen. A very obliging and helpful owner. A lovely weekend.

Christmas family reunion

Highly recommend and will go back! Fantastic stay in a gorgeous house and our host Deanna was wonderful and handled lost keys and found keys with great calm and so easy to communicate with! Very clear check in and check out and fully equipped kitchen for cooking full Christmas dinner for 12! Loads of fridges and ovens made life so much easier. Excellent pubs and eating super close!

Great house, perfect location

Me and a group of friends stayed here for a weekend of RnR by the sea. The house is great, great space for entertaining, comfortable and ideal location within walking distance of the sea front and town centre which offers an array of pubs and restaurants. Short drive from the station. Deanna was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and very easily contactable to arrange checkouts and arrival etc.
