Bay View 503 Sea View - Old Town Albufeira

Located in a perfect location with everything on your doorstep. The apartment has been totally refurbished to a high standard. There is a sleeping area with double bed 1m40 wide, living/dining area with sofa ,TV (local and free view channels) Wifi is available in building main reception area only. Kitchenette area equipped with 4 hobs, microwave, kettle, fridge. The apartment is south facing and has a beautiful sea view from the sleeping area and living area. .The apartment is approx 40m2. There is a balcony with small table and chairs with an excellent sea view, perfect for breakfast and evening drinks!

Lift in building. The floors are highly polished and interior doors are glass. The bathroom is modern with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. There are a total of 68 apartments in this private condominium which are mainly British owners. There is a private adult and children's pool, car space for the apartment is available on request in underground car park which is great if you want to hire a car for a few days. The location of the apartment is great as amenities all on doorstep yet quiet . Check in 16h00 Check out 10 am.

Brilliant wee apartment

Firstly Helen is a fantastic host and is very quick to respond if you have any questions. Helen has thought of everything you may need for a home away from home. The apartment is compact but ample room for 2. The pool area is nice and is maintained. The location is superb, 5 mins walk if that to the old town itself, you are near beautiful beaches. We walked to the marina a few times, takes about 20mins. Helen told us about some lovely cove beaches which are gorgeous. Overall great holiday although weather was not great Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay agin. Thanks Helen.

The apartment was exactly as listed, and Helen was an excellent manager. Just be sure to bring your earplugs as the bar across the street goes very late (3AM) and can be quite noisy. If you with to join them, ignore the previous statement !😎

The apartment was big enough for two people. It was spotless and had everything you needed for a week self catering. It was in a fab location, just a few minutes away from the beach and the old town square. Helen the owner was amazing. Ricky in the reception was also brilliant. They couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommended!!

In spite of the very unseasonable weather in Albufeira (most rainfall in this period for over 40 years!?) we absolutely loved our little break here in Bayview 503. The apartment was perfectly located on the edge of the Old Town, a 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 mins from the Marina. Far enough away from the bar and club area to not be disturbed by late night revelry but close enough to join in if we were in the mood!! We were on quite a tight budget so the small but well equipped kitchen was ideal for making simple breakfasts and evening meals so we could splash out on a few restaurant treats! The weather was chilly so we didn’t spend a whole lot of time sitting on the balcony but the sea view was lovely. The bed was comfortable and there was enough room in the built in wardrobe to unpack all our clothes. The bathroom was big enough and the shower was great but it did get a bit steamy as there wasn’t any extractor fan and no window….We had some fabulous walks along the beaches in Albufeira and along the coast either side of the town. We took a day trip to Lagos (bus ride there and train back) to check out somewhere else we considered basing ourselves, and although we enjoyed it, we were happy to come back ‘home’ to out little apartment in Albufeira!! Helen was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had on local supermarkets, airport transfers etc etc etc and hopefully we will have the opportunity to make a return trip in the autumn.
