- Accessibility: Ensure the front door opens fully to accommodate all guests, including those with mobility challenges.- Sleep Comfort: Replace old pillows and provide usable extras; repair or replace the living room blinds to block out bright streetlight.- Sleeping Arrangements: Clarify bed count in the listing and upgrade or replace the sofa bed to avoid discomfort and back pain.- Appliance Usability: Provide clear instructions for using the electric oven to prevent frustration.- Communication & Transparency: Clearly disclose any late check-in fees in advance and avoid requesting cash payments unexpectedly.- Bathroom Essentials: Add a shower mat to improve safety and cleanliness.
