Suitability - All on one level although there may be a short walk from where you park the car to the house and there are a few steps down to the beach and up to the house.

Bedrooms - King bedroom, Double bedroom (please note access to the double bed is from one side only)

Bathrooms - Ensuite shower room to King bedroom (shower, WC, Basin) Separate bathroom (Bath, WC, Basin)

Kitchen - Basic but functional kitchen with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher

Living Room - Sofas, armchairs, diming table in the bay window, open fire, TV (not smart)

Outdoors - Patio area to front with outside furniture. Private roped off area of beach immediately to front.

Parking - Cars can either be parked on the street in the village and a private path taken to the house (approx 100 yds from the High St) or cars can be parked on Harrison Drive and a short walk taken along the beach to the house. Guests with 4x4 vehicles may wish to drive along the beach to unload on the private area of beach in front of the house.

General - Simple hideawy in a perfect location. Rhosniegr has very good cafes and restaurants and a few shops, all a short walk from the house. Brodawel is the ground floor apartment, there are another 2 apartments in the building used by the owner and her family. The owner usually occupies the rear ground floor apartment.

Utilities - All utilities, linen and bath towels provided. Please bring beach towels. Oil central heating.
