Its location is extraordinary, anchored in the heart of the city on a beautiful pedestrian street free from traffic noise; next to the Guimerá Theater, a minute walk from the tram stop and few meters from Plaza España.

The flat is exterior and very bright, decorated and designed for guests enjoyment, with a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed; living room with 50' TV, kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for your vacation, (Expresso coffe maker, microwave oven, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher, toaster...) two bathrooms with shower, hair dryer and washing machine . It has air conditioning in all rooms, ultra-fast Wi-Fi.

It is located in one of the most commercial areas of the capital, with all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, as well as live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere during the day and at night it transforms into tranquility.

The popular Our Lady of Africa Market is less than 5 minutes walk away, where you can buy all kinds of top quality products. You will enjoy all the services in the area: supermarkets, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, opticians, etc.

clean modern new apartment, centrally located and very quiet as its in a pedestrian area with no traffic. bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area are all high end and top quality. everywhere is walking distance and a perfect location to explore santa cruz. we were able to get parking very close by for €4 per day parking ramón y cajal using the telpark app.

A great choice

We wanted something in central Santa Cruz and could not have done better than this clean and spacious apartment on Plaza Isla de Madera. The two in bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the third has bunk beds for kids. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby and the whole city center is walkable from here. Apartment is nicely equipped if you choose to cook. Really a gem!
