The house has two large comfortable, bright double bedrooms overlooking Via Cavour. A bathroom with shower, washing machine, a large kitchen equipped with all accessories and a terrace on the same street. Maniacally renovated trying to recover everything original, doors, floors, walls, and made functional to accommodate you without anything missing. The entrance has been restored to its original state with the tuff wall in evidence and the red brick typical of Sassari houses.
The location is very central, a few meters from the main square and the historic center, all services within walking distance, supermarket, tobacconist, underground parking, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, all within easy walking distance.
From this position it is ideal to visit Northern Sardinia, a few dozen minutes by car to get to Stintino, Alghero, Castelsardo, Porto Torres etc. The most beautiful beaches and Sardinian monuments such as dolmens, necropolises and Nuragic villages are just a few kilometers away.
