Located on the ground floor of a Sardinian granite stone villa, the apartment consists of a living room, open kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, all arranged on 90 mq. In addition, a terrace of 20 sqm with garden surrounded by lemon and apricot trees.

Completed in 2010, with furnitures of highest, housing has satellite TV, washing machine, kitchen furniture, and all the necessary comforts for a relaxing holiday. The warm welcome of the owners and the discreet and confidential environment make it an ideal place for a family holiday.

The atmosphere is calm and discréte, ideal for relaxing. The beach is nearby, there is no need for a car to get there. A parking is available Btw, in a quiet street next to the villa without passing cars.

Located in the village of Lu Bagnu, the apartment is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and sandy beaches, all within a 5-minute walk. Located a few kilometers from the medieval town of Castelsardo, renowned for its ancient traditions and typical welcoming atmosphere in a timeless.

Ideal to visit the northern part of Sardinia, either by car or with local tourist services. Bed linen and towels can be provided on site for €15 per person, plus tourist tax of €1 per person per day.

Apartamento situado en la parte baja de la casa de la propietaria, es funcional y limpio. El anuncio no decía que había que pagar sábanas y toallas, 15 por persona, además de tasas turistas. Le faltan algunos muebles más y detalles que harían la estancia más agradable, cómo dejar productos de limpieza y jabón, café de cortesía. Las camas y almohadas no son demasiado cómodas, muy básicas. Parking en la calle.

Nous avons bien apprécié la terrasse ombragée ainsi que la fraîcheur de la maison en pierre en cette période estivale .Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir 2 lits indépendants dans la grande chambre ce qui a permis aux enfants d'avoir chacun un lit séparé.

Gîtes très agréable, bien situé dans une vaste maison familiale.Le logement est bien entretenu, bien rénové et dispose d'une terrasse agréable.Le logement est à proximité de la plage, des restaurantd et des commerces.L'hôte est très accueillante et parle parfaitement français.Seul bémol, les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure dont une avec une toute petite fenêtre ce qui les rend difficile à ventiler en cas de grosse chaleur.

Logement vraiment très sympathique

Situé dans une petite rue tranquille... À 300 mètres de la plage ma plus proche...et 800 mètres seulement de la jolie plage d'Ampurias ( la plus belle de Lu Bagnu). Le logement est vraiment très agréable, son exposition permet de profiter de la terrasse toute la journée, sans qu'il fasse trop chaud. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne vraiment très sympathique, de très bon conseil.. Séjour très agréable.

Großzügiges Appartment mit schöner Terrasse in Ortskern- und Strandnähe

Das Appartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss eines großen Hauses, in dem auch die Eltern und die Schwester der Vermieterin wohnen. Diese halten sich diskret zurück, sind bei Problemen oder Fragen aber sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Appartment selbst ist sehr sauber und großzügig, leider jedoch etwas spärlich möbliert. Insbesondere mangelt es an Abstellflächen für Bücher, Spiele, Handys usw., da es in der Wohnung keine Beistelltische, Regale oder Sideboards gibt. Auch eine Garderobe gibt es nicht. Ebenso fehlt eine Leselampe in Sofanähe. Wir haben uns damit beholfen, dass wir die Nachttische und deren Lampen aus dem dritten Schlafzimmer ins Wohnzimmer gestellt haben. In der Küche findet man eine Grundausstattung vor, mehr aber nicht. Unter einer Kaffeemaschine versteht man dort einen Espressokocher, den man auf den Gasherd stellen muss. Da muss man sich halt den dortigen Gewohnheiten anpassen, was aber durchaus gut geht. Ein Wasserkocher fehlt leider auch, aber dafür gibt es mehrere Töpfe, in denen sich ja auch Wasser erhitzen lässt. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. An dieser Stelle ist der Meeresboden recht felsig und der Strand auch nicht besonders breit. Trotzdem haben wir das Baden in dem sehr sauberen und warmen Wasser genossen. Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe, wobei letztere eher als mittelmäßig einzustufen sind. Feinschmecker sollten sich wohl eher in größeren Ortschaften auf die Suche begeben.

Ansprechendes Ambiente mit kleinen Fehlern

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Wohnung wohlgefühlt, die Schwester der Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, die Telefonate mit der Vermieterin auf Korsika verliefen immer zielführend. Leider war der Backofen kaputt, eine Möglichkeit Kaffe zuzubereiten fehlte und das Licht auf der Terrasse am Abend war nicht sehr ansprechend. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel, die für nachfolgende Gäste leicht behebbar sind, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke

Schöne Bleibe für en gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Appartement très spacieux et agréable pour une famille. Idéalement situé sur la côte nord de la Sardaigne pour rayonner dans la région. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et discrets. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Un gradevole soggiorno lontano dalla ressa estiva

ll nostro soggiorno e stato molto bello e purtroppo troppo corto, come tutte le vacanze. L'appartamento era molto confortevole, le stanze molto belle e la posizione ottimale. La spiaggia e i servizi, supermercati, ristoranti e negozi, sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il mercato all'aperto e a poco piu di 100 metri. La nostra simpatica ospite ci ha accolto con cortesia e discrezione. Siamo stati a nostro agio come a casa nostra. Se dovessimo tornare a Castelsardo torneremo sicuramente dalla signora Mammola.
