Summer in the Center of Copenhagen

Great location! Conveniently close to everything we wanted to see during our stay in Copenhagen. There is a lot of foot traffic at night and it can get kind of loud. Recommend bringing some noise canceling headphones or ear plugs. I'm a light sleeper, so the ear plugs really helped at night.

This is the worst VRBO rental i have ever experienced. There is no security to enter this property. The front door to the courtyard and all interior doors were propped open during the day. The door to the building of this unit is often propped open. To enter the building you must go thru a courtyard with is the trash room for the adjacent buildings. We had to walk thru broken glass, vomit and goo dripping from broken pipes on the door. It is a very unsafe experience.When you get to the unit the noise level is on another level. You will not get any sleep.When you contact the hoist they will inform you that it is your problem and advise you to contact the owner of the building which i guess they are not. Terrible representation for VRBO.

Allgemein :Der Zugang zum Haus führt durch eine dunkle Unterführung, die während unserer Zeit eine defekte Beleuchtung hatte. Man überquert einen zugemüllten Lichthof. An der Haustür ist viel Vogelkot. Dahinter müsste häufiger gereinigt werden. Vorteil : Die LageZu Fuß sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Lebensmittel und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nachteil : Die LageAllgemein Die Wohnung im 2.Stock richtet sich zur Fußgängerzone aus. Durch die schmale Bebauung hört man Lärm schon frühzeitig - deutlich - anhaltend. Unter der Beschreibung „lebhafte Umgebung“ verstehe ich, dass es auch Ruhephasen gibt. Tagsüber natürlich die Geräusche einer Fußgängerzone. Abends wird der Lärm gegen 23 Uhr weniger. Außer, die meist jungen Leute haben einen Grund zum Feiern. Laut schreiend, mit oder ohne Musik, ziehen sie dann in Gruppen bis ca 04 Uhr morgens durch die Straßen. Während unserer Zeit 3 mal. Morgens gegen 06 Uhr kommen dann die Straßenfeger - Müllabfuhr - Lieferservice. Unsere individuelle Erfahrung :Links und rechts der Wohnung gibt es 2 Baustellen, auf denen seit mehreren Monaten gearbeitet werden. Es gab keinen Hinweis in der Wohnungsbeschreibung. Ab ca. 04:30 Uhr wurde Baumaterial angeliefert. Spätestens eine Stunde später begannen die Bauarbeiten. Eine Baustelle ist inzwischen beendet. Zum Abschluss lief der Baubetrieb bis 02 Uhr morgens. Die zweite Baustelle wird es noch länger geben. Sie entkernen das Haus.
