The holiday house is recently been renovated with an eye for detail and preserving the characteristic elements. Outside you will find a beautiful swimming pool (3x3m) with a magnificent view, a spacious terrace and a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and Bbq.

There are 3 bedrooms (with access to the balcony on the 1st floor) – 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Downstairs is a separate toilet. On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen with, among other things. Dishwasher and washing machine, a cozy living room with fireplace, wifi and air conditioning. The garden is completely fenced and offers no insight.

You cannot reach the house by car. You can drive up to the square in Comares - then it is a 2 minute walk. There is a trolley ready for your suitcases.

Are you looking for a holiday home away from mass tourism, but with all amenities within reach? Comares - the famous white village on the rock is about 35 minutes from Velez Malaga and Torre del Mar. Here you can enjoy nature and a well-deserved holiday in peace. In Comares you will find a small supermarket (some halal products in high season) – bakery bars – restaurant. For major shopping you can go to Velez Malaga.

Furthermore, this region offers many activities for young and old and there are various cities / places such as Malaga, Ronda, Nerja, Caminito del Rey, Granada, Seville, Cordoba that are definitely worth a visit. But walking along one of the famous boulevards is also possible.
